She supports individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges using a trauma-informed, solution-focused approach that incorporates CBT and DBT techniques. Drawing on her Indo-Caribbean background, she emphasizes culturally sensitive care and works collaboratively with clients to build practical tools for resilience and personal growth. Brittany is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to support holistic healing.

Aundrea Caputo Larocque is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing trauma-informed, person-centred care. With advanced training in Indigenous social work. She supports individuals navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions using a strengths-based approach. Her practice integrates various modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, to promote holistic healing, while emphasizing trust, respect, and self-compassion in both her work and personal life.
