Serving those who support us both internationally and domestically

Those who take up the duty and responsibility of serving our country both overseas and on Canadian soil deserve the best of care. At Buchanan Counselling & Therapy we pride ourselves on being able to serve those who have served their country as well as those who continue to do so.

We understand the effects of operational stress, critical incidents, PTSD, and burnout. Our counselling services provide a confidential space to decompress, build resilience, and prioritize your mental well-being.
